2. Fill up the form properly and attach the necessary documents. Documents required are:
- a) Certified Academic Transcript and other Qualification Documents
- b) Certified Completion Letter
- c) Resume
- d) Documental evidence of the English Language proficiency exam result
- e) Valid Passport
- f) Valid Visa
