EA SKILL ASSESSEMENT

Skill assessment for all specializations of engineering is done by EA (Engineers Australia). You are not required to have any work experience to get a skill assessment through EA. However, individuals whose courses are not Australian accredited or fall under the Washington accord, Sydney accord, and Dublin accord, must apply for CDR (Competency Demonstration Report) before they can apply for the skill assessment. However, individuals with overseas qualifications need to meet the English requirement. It may be difficult for fresh engineering graduates to get employment, thus we recommend still going for Professional Year Program for better job prospects and the general skilled migration points.
